British Columbians are being kept in the dark about Aboriginal title claims covering vast swaths of the province.

Agreements and claims are being made that could affect land use, property, development and jobs across the province, yet the millions of people who live and work in BC still don’t know what this means for their homes, their businesses, or their economic security.

This uncertainty has real consequences: investment slows, projects stall, jobs are put at risk, with families left wondering what comes next.

That’s why I’m calling on the government to release the full details of all Aboriginal title claims across BC, and guarantee certainty for BC homeowners, workers, and businesses.
